BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Rainforestation Nature Park:

For same day cancellations and no shows, our cancellation fee is as follows. Attractions – 50%. Meals – 100%

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway:

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Sailaway:

Full refund only applies with 24 hours notice of date adjustment or cancellation.

Rhythmboat Cruises Sydney Harbour :

Please note that once booked and paid for, 100% cancellation fees apply.

Wait-a-While Rainforest Tours:

Cancellation of scheduled Day Tours - In the event of the purchaser cancelling in writing 31 days or more prior to the booked start date a 15% cancellation fee applies; 4 days or more than but less than 31 days a 40% cancellation fee applies; 3 days or less a 100% cancellation fee applies but if re-sold fee reduces to 40%. Cancellation will only be accepted from the booking party. Cancellation of Private Charters - In the event of the purchaser cancelling in writing 61 days or more prior to the booked start date a 15% cancellation fee applies; 31 days or more but less than 61 days a 40% cancellation fee applies; 30 days or less a 100% cancellation fee applies but if re-sold fee reduces to 40%. Cancellation will only be accepted from the booking party. Cancellation by us – our liability is limited to actual monies paid to us by the booking party. Re-scheduling – we reserve the right to make a service charge for re-scheduling confirmed schedules/dates & do so at a rate of AU$25.00 per item; we may waive this charge at our sole discretion if we consider the work involved of doing so to be de minimus. Refunds – any refund agreed will be made via the reverse route to which the original funds were received using tax compliant processes.

Jungle Tours:

Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

HARTLEYS CROCODILE ADVENTURES:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Daintree Tours:

A refund is not provided for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure. Amendments to bookings may be made without charge up to 48hrs prior to departure, subject to availability.

Kuranda Scenic Railway:

Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.

Troll Tours- Sydney and Hunter Valley Tours:

TROLL TOURS HARLEY TRIKE AND MOTORBIKE TOURS: Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee. TROLL TOURS: TOUR CONDITIONS: “TROLL TOURS” reserve the right to alter or modify itinerary if prevailing weather, road conditions or adverse conditions require such change.

Eco Safaris Queensland:

Cancellation Fee: Within 48 hours – 20% of fee, within 24 hours – 100% of fee PLUS any fee incurred by activities ESQ books with external companies.

SEIT Outback Australia:

FIT Tours 50% - within 72 hours 100% - Less than 48 hours Extended Touring 50% - within 5 days 100% - within 72 hours

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Skydive Newcastle:

Only available to people living in Australia. Will have to show some form of local ID . Bookings must be made, and jump completed by November(unless cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and rebooked). No refund available once booked. Bookings are required and subject to availability. Minimum age is 12 years Non transferable and not available with any other offer. Weight restrictions and surchages over 95kgs apply and subject to Tandem Master on the day.

All participants must confirm bookings in advance. Kotahi Tourism recommends booking early to avoid disappointment. Prices are per person in Australian dollars. GST is not applicable. Tickets are transferable. Please notify Kotahi Tourism of the new participant. Once the tour has departed no portion of the payment is refundable, no exceptions. Third Party Bookings Booking vouchers must be shown when booking is made through a third party booking agent (“Reseller”). Conduct Kotahi Tourism reserve the right to stop any Participants from continuing the tour if they breach our safety standards, or if the participant is behaving in an unacceptable manner or affected by any substance. Any person who is expelled from the Tour on this basis will forfeit the Tour Fee. 5. Safety The tour route includes walking up and down stairs, over uneven ground and crossing busy intersections - "the activities' Due to the nature and extent of the activities, you warrant that: a. You are physically and mentally able to undertake the activities; b. You have no pre-existing condition that may be affected by the activities; and c. You have adequate and appropriate footwear and clothing for the activities. You understand and agree to accept full responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing during the tour. This includes paying due care and attention to traffic, pedestrians and other potential obstacles and dangers. Kotahi Tourism accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or injury incurred as a result of participation in the tour to the extent permitted by law. In the event that any statute prevents liability being excluded or modified then this clause shall be interpreted as applying only to such liability that can be excluded or modified by agreement between the parties. Kotahi Tourism accepts no liability for any loss or damage to your personal property while on the tour, including but not limited to personal belongings, valuables, photographic equipment or clothing. 6. Indemnity You agree to indemnify Kotahi Tourism from and against any claim by a third party for loss or damage (and the legal costs incurred in defending the same) arising out of your conduct while participating in the Tour, or due to any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Kotahi Tourism is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from or incidental to any delay in the scheduled tour taking place. Any loss or damage to third party property is solely your responsibility. 7. Miscellaneous Terms (a) All Participants acknowledge and agree that that Kotahi Tourism is expressly authorised to take photographs of Participants during the tour and utilise such photographs for the purpose of promoting Poihakena Tours including but not limited to being displayed on the Kotahi Tourism website. (b) Photographs remain copyright to the Company and may only be used or reproduced by Participants for private or domestic purposes and must not be used for any commercial purpose, including promotion of any supplier or any supplier's products or services, without the Company’s prior written permission. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Kotahi Tourism and each Participant submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales in respect of these Terms and any dispute between them.

Cancellation Policy Admission only: No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations. Package/Combination products: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Getaways SA:

Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.
